Acceptance of terms

By installing, accessing, or using Slides To Video, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.

Description of the service

Slides To Video is a Google Slides add-on that helps users convert presentations into MP4 videos or GIFs. The service may include add-on UI, upload flows for optional audio, backend rendering services, result retrieval, support, and related website pages.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the presentations, images, audio, text, and other content you submit or process through Slides To Video. You agree that you will not use the service to:

• Upload or process content that you do not have the right to use.
• Violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Process illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or malicious content.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, probe, or compromise the service or its infrastructure.
• Use generated output in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

Google account and Workspace permissions

The add-on runs inside Google Slides and may request Google permissions required to read the active presentation, identify the user, communicate with backend services, and manage files created or selected through the add-on workflow. Your use of Google products remains subject to Google's own terms and policies.

User content and license to operate the service

You retain ownership of your presentations, uploaded audio, and generated files. You grant Slides To Video a limited license to access, process, store, transmit, render, and display your content solely as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Generated files and availability

Rendering depends on third-party platforms, network availability, file size, presentation complexity, and user permissions. We may impose reasonable limits on file size, render duration, storage duration, rate of use, and download availability. Generated files may be deleted after a reasonable period.

Payments and paid features

If paid features, subscriptions, credits, or usage limits are offered, the price and billing terms will be shown at the point of purchase or in the relevant marketplace flow. You are responsible for applicable taxes and for keeping payment information accurate. Unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once a paid feature or rendering service has been used.

Support requests can be sent to support@sheetsms.com. We try to respond to reasonable support requests, but we do not guarantee response times or that every issue can be resolved.

Privacy

Our collection and use of data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree that we may process data as described there.

Third-party services

Slides To Video depends on third-party platforms and services, including Google services and Amazon Web Services. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or restrictions caused by third-party services. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and are governed by those third parties' own terms.

Intellectual property

Slides To Video, its logo, website content, add-on UI, backend code, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the service except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

Trademarks

Google Slides and Google Workspace are trademarks of Google LLC. Slides To Video is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slides To Video and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or cost of substitute services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use the service in the three months before the claim or 50 USD.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, or used the service unlawfully. Sections that by nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Slides To Video after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in France, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protection laws require another governing law.
